文中在分析目前PCB测试问题的基础上,提出了一种可测性设计的新方法。该方法综合应用了边界扫描置位技术,可以提高电路的可控性和可观察性,进而改善PCB的可测性。
Based on the analysis of the current PCB testing problems, this paper presents a new method of testability design. The method integrates the boundary-scan setting technique, which can improve the controllability and observability of the circuit, thereby improving the testability of the PCB.
