目的探讨产前超声检查对胎儿肢体畸形的诊断价值。方法对28例肢体畸形胎儿的产前超声图文资料进行回顾分析。结果产前超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形15例,漏诊13例,检出率53.57%。产前超声对全身性骨发育不良(软骨发育不全、成骨发育不全)和肢体局部畸形(肢体缺失、先天性马蹄足内翻、指趾畸形)的诊断符合率分别为85.7%和42.86%。结论产前超声检查对胎儿肢体畸形的诊断准确性较高,是产前诊断胎儿肢体畸形的主要手段。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound in fetus limb deformity. Methods Prenatal ultrasound images of 28 fetuses with limb deformities were retrospectively analyzed. Results Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal limb deformity in 15 cases, missed diagnosis in 13 cases, the detection rate was 53.57%. The coincidence rates of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of generalized hypoplasia (achondroplasia, apogenesis) and limb deformities (limb loss, congenital clubfoot, digits deformity) were 85.7% and 42.86%, respectively. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography has a high diagnostic accuracy for fetus limb deformity and is the primary means of prenatal diagnosis of fetal limb deformity.
