抗凝通脉胶囊为新研制的用于心脑血管疾病的纯中药制剂。本文实验结果表明，本品降低脑缺血模型的脑指数和脑血管通透性的作用优于维脑路通，差异显著（ｐ＜０．０５）。对心肌梗死模型的保护作用优于消心痛，尤其对死亡率和降低ＣＰＫ活性的作用非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Anticoagulative Tongmai Capsule is a newly developed pure Chinese medicine preparation for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The experimental results show that this product reduces the brain index and cerebrovascular permeability of cerebral ischemic model is superior to Viagra, the difference was significant (p <0.05). The protective effect of MI on heart failure model is better than that of heartburn pain, especially on mortality and CPK activity (P <0.01).
