歌德是德国著名的思想家和文学家,歌德的思想几乎囊括了整个宇宙,也几乎囊括了整个世界,在他的文学作品中,我们可以看到人类的社会、政治、经济、文艺、自然科学等等方面,他的思想是十分的广阔的,因此也导致了歌德自身的成就很高他的思想在很大程度上影响了其文学作品的创作,而歌德最著名的一部文学作品则是他的诗剧《浮士德》,在《浮士德》中我们可以很好的看出作者的思想,而这种思想正是西方思想精神的集中体现,是近代资本主义思想的基础所在。而歌德也是世界上第一个提出“世界文学”构想的,因此歌德的文学作品对于德国文学的影响是十分深刻的,要了解德国文学就必须先从了解歌德开始,,加重要的是要了解歌德的思想。
