目的:探讨放射科医生的防护与保健措施,减少放射科医生的辐射损伤。方法:分析目前放射科的安全管理现状,查找管理中存在的问题,从而针对这些问题提出相应的防护与保健措施,提高放射科安全管理质量。结果:针对目前放射科主要存在着科室工作人员个人防护与保健意识不足、科室布局安排不够合理、管理制度不够完善健全等问题,医院采取了相应的整改措施并取得了不错的临床效果。结论:提高放射科的安全管理质量,做好放射科医生的防护和保健措施,对减少放射科临床工作人员的辐射损伤、最大程度保护放射科临床医师的健康有着重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the radiologist’s protection and health care measures to reduce radiation injury to radiologists. Methods: To analyze the current status of safety management of radiology and to find out the problems in management so as to put forward corresponding measures of protection and health care for these problems and improve the quality of radiological safety management. Results: In view of the main problems existing in department of radiology, such as personal protection and lack of awareness of health care departments, unreasonable arrangement of department layout and inadequate and perfect management system, the hospital adopted corrective measures and achieved good clinical results. Conclusion: Improving the quality of safety management of radiology department and doing a good job in the protection and health care of radiologists are of great significance to reduce the radiation injury of radiological clinicians and to protect the radiologist clinicians to the maximum extent.
