The authors measured the immune complex (CIC) in 53 Hodgkin’s disease patients by Raji cell radioimmunoassay and studied the relationship between CIC and clinical stage, histological subtypes and treatment. The average value of CIC in 47 normal people was 11.2 ± 0.2 μg / ml, of which 3 cases had abnormal CIC values (> 15 μg / ml). Forty patients were tested before treatment, 20 of whom had elevated CIC.
