采用普通聚合氯化铝和新型聚铝铁基复合絮凝剂对高p H值、低藻源水进行处理。研究结果表明:在源水p H值为8.45、藻类含量为(30~50)×104个/L时,与普通聚合氯化铝絮凝剂相比,新型聚铝铁基复合絮凝剂可大大提高除浊率,高密度沉淀池和斜管沉淀池净水工艺除浊率可提高35%~55%,可使净水工艺的药剂耗量降低5~10 mg/L。新型聚铝铁基复合絮凝剂在沉淀过程中生成的矾花巨大、密实、沉降速度快,对源水中杂质的去除效果较好,能够有效保证沉后水浊度,同时达到优化出厂水水质的效果。
Common polyaluminum chloride and new polyaluminum iron-based composite flocculant were used to treat high p H value and low algal source water. The results show that the new polyaluminum iron-based composite flocculant can be greatly improved compared with ordinary polyaluminum chloride flocculant when the p H value of the source water is 8.45 and the algae content is (30-50) × 104 / L In addition to turbidity rate, the turbidity removal rate of high-density sedimentation tank and inclined-pipe sedimentation tank water purification process can be increased by 35% -55%, which can reduce the chemical consumption of water purification process by 5-10 mg / L.
