德国是欧洲有名的发达国家之一,其工业化水平世界闻名,像大众、西门子、奔驰等我们耳熟能详的品牌,都出自德国。众所周知,德国在工业技术这方面的水平十分高超,拥有先进的职业教育培养经验和严格的教师管理制度,优秀的教师培养出高技术的优秀人才。所以,国内的中职学校在师资和学生培养方面可以参考德国的职业教育经验,完善自身。在借鉴德国私立职教先进经验的基础上,探讨适合中职学校班主任工作的新方式、新理念,以求提高中职班主任的工作能力,更好地为学生提供帮助。
Germany is one of the well-known developed countries in Europe. Its industrialization level is well known in the world. Our well-known brands like Volkswagen, Siemens and Mercedes Benz are all from Germany. As we all know, Germany has a very high level of industrial technology in this area, has advanced vocational education and training experience and strict teacher management system, excellent teachers to train high-tech talents. Therefore, the domestic secondary vocational schools in reference to the training of teachers and students can refer to the German occupation education experience, improve themselves. On the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of private vocational education in Germany, this paper explores new ways and concepts suitable for the work of class supervisors in secondary vocational schools, in order to improve the working ability of supervisors in secondary vocational schools and provide better help to students.
