企业的竞争归根到底就是人力资源间的竞争,所以对人力资源进行科学的、有效地管理和开发是我国国有企业生存和发展的重要保障。本文浅谈国有企业人力资源管理中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了如何提高人力资源管理效率的建议。
In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition among human resources. Therefore, the scientific and effective management and development of human resources are the important guarantee for the survival and development of the state-owned enterprises in our country. This article talked about the main problems existing in the human resource management of state-owned enterprises, and put forward suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of human resource management.
