“无纸”设计/制造技术 “无纸”设计/制造技术是直接利用计算机进行产品设计、制造的技术,它无需利用工程图纸作为设计/制造的依据。其关键是利用数字化设计(Digital Design Technology)和功能交叉(Cross Functional Technology)的设计与管理技术。其具体措施有:1)将所有产品零件在计算机上进行三维设计,并进行数字化预装配;2)组织综合设计组,开展并行工程(并行进行结构的详细设计、系统布置、分析计算、工艺计划、工装设计和跟踪服务等工作)。(蔡青)
