本文对心电图 PTF_(V1)、P_(II)时间与 M 型超声心动图测定的 LAD、LAD/AOD 作了对照分析,发现50例左房负荷加重的心脏病人中,PTF_(V1)与左房大小有关(与 LAD、LAD/AOD 的相关系数分别为0.569和0.82),而P_(II)时间与 LAD/AOD 的相关系数仅0.399。14例 PTF_(V1)异常的高血压病人中,PTF_(V1)与 LAD、LAD/AOD 则无任何相关。本文还对14例二尖瓣换瓣前后的 PTF~(V1)作了动态观察。
