一、西昌市私营、个体经济发展的状况 近几年来,西昌市在中央有关加快私营、个体经济发展政策的指引下,坚持以邓小平理论为指导,采取“积极倡导,大力扶持,突出重点,加快发展”的方针,把个体私营经济作为“富民兴市”重要措施,促进其健康发展。主要表现在: (一)个体、私营经济户数稳中有增,经营资本逐年增长,据市工商行政管理局统计:1997年底,个体工商户15501户,从业人员30552人,注册资金2.29亿元,分别
