分析了反应混合物的室温陈化时间以及水热反应时间对酸处理红辉沸石制备X型沸石的影响.结果表明,反应混合物适当的室温陈化时间是制备纯X型沸石的关键;水热反应6h是X型沸石的最佳制备时间;以酸处理红辉沸石为主要原料,采用水热反应晶化合成工艺,可制备出晶形完整、粒度2~3μm且分布均匀的X型沸石粉体.图6,表2,参10.
The effect of the aging time of the reaction mixture at room temperature and the hydrothermal reaction time on the X-type zeolite prepared by acid treatment was studied. The results show that the suitable aging time of the reaction mixture is the key to the preparation of pure zeolite X. The hydrothermal reaction 6h is the best preparation time of X-type zeolite. With the acid-treated hafniaolite as the main raw material, X-type zeolite powder with complete crystal shape and particle size of 2 ~ 3μm can be prepared by hydrothermal reaction crystallization synthesis process.
