学生既是学习的主体,也是将来社会中激烈竞争的对象。职业院校应根据社会的需求,向社会输出知识结构过硬、专业技能扎实,能在激烈的人才竞争中脱颖而出的适用型人才。因此,职业院校在教育教学中应当重视和加强对学生竞争意识的培养,帮助学生树立正确的竞争观念,迎接未来社会的挑战。
Students are not only the main body of study, but also the object of intense competition in the future. Vocational institutions should, according to the needs of the society, output to the society suitable talents with well-structured knowledge, solid professional skills and the ability to stand out in the fierce competition for talent. Therefore, vocational colleges should pay more attention to and strengthen the cultivation of students’ competition awareness in education and teaching so as to help students set up the correct concept of competition and meet the challenges of the future society.
