目的了解上海市长宁区医疗机构电脑设备的污染状况。方法按GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》和卫生部《消毒技术规范》,随机选取本区4家医疗机构7个科室使用的计算机鼠标、键盘进行物体表面采样及微生物调查。结果共抽检96件,合格66件,总合格率为68.75%,检出细菌总数最高为294cfu/cm2,内科键盘检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论长宁区电脑设备的污染状况令人堪忧,在日常工作中应重视对其清洁消毒,建立健全有关电脑设备的消毒工作制度,以减少医院感染的危险因素。
Objective To understand the pollution of computer equipment in medical institutions in Changning District of Shanghai. Methods According to GB15982-1995 “Sanitary Standards for Hospital Disinfection” and “Technical Specifications for Disinfection” of the Ministry of Health, randomly selected the computer mouse and keyboard used by 7 departments of 4 medical institutions in this area to conduct the surface sampling and the microorganism investigation. Results A total of 96 samples were collected and 66 were qualified. The total qualified rate was 68.75%. The total number of bacteria detected was 294 cfu / cm2. Staphylococcus aureus was detected in the medical keyboard. Conclusion The pollution of computer equipment in Changning District is worrying. In its daily work, it should pay attention to cleaning and disinfection, and establish and perfect the disinfection work system on computer equipment so as to reduce the risk factors of nosocomial infection.
