试样经盐酸——过氧化氢速溶,以柠檬酸铵络合钨,以钼兰法完成测定。讨论酸度,过氧化氢、柠檬酸铵、氨性钼酸铵,草酸和硫酸亚铁铵用量的影响。柠檬酸铵用量不足,钨络合不完全,溶液不清亮,过多则消耗部分钼酸铵,使结果偏低,方法中建议用4%10毫升。操作方法为:称样10.03克,加盐酸2毫升,滴加过氧化氢10余滴,溶解后立即加4%柠檬酸铵10毫升,煮沸,取下,立即加入氨性钼酸铵10毫升(10%钼酸铵液每100毫升中加浓氨水
