随着我国社会的不断发展,建设行业得到了快速的发展,建筑工程项目的数量逐渐增多,并且建筑工程的规模逐渐扩大,相关部门对建筑工程的质量提出了更高的要求。建筑工程项目现场施工管理对建筑工程的质量有一定的影响,为此,建设单位需要加大施工现场的管理力度,从而使建筑工程项目可以保质保量的完成。此篇文章对建筑工程项目现场管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并且为提高建筑工程项目现场管理提出了一些措施,希望对我国建设单位有一定的积极影响。
With the continuous development of our society, the construction industry has witnessed rapid development. The number of construction projects has gradually increased. The scale of construction projects has gradually expanded. Relevant departments have put forward higher requirements on the quality of construction projects. Construction site construction management has a certain impact on the quality of construction projects, for which construction units need to increase the management of the construction site, so that construction projects can be completed to ensure quality and quantity. This article analyzes the existing problems in the construction site management process and puts forward some measures to improve the construction site management, hoping to have a positive impact on the construction units in our country.
