作者观察银可络对大鼠低氧性肺动脉高压的影响。结果发现，实验组应用银可络后大鼠平均肺动脉压和肺血管阻力显著低于低氧对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），其心输出量与正常对照组相似，并可抑制低氧所致的大鼠右心室肥厚（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示银可络在防治低氧性肺动脉高压中具有一定的应用前景。
The authors observe the effects of silver on hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in rats. The results showed that the average pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance of rats in experimental group were significantly lower than those in hypoxic control group (P <0.05), and their cardiac output was similar to that in normal control group and inhibited the hypoxia Induced right ventricular hypertrophy (P <0.05), suggesting that silver can be in the prevention and treatment of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension has a certain application prospects.
