本文观察了3例思茅的间日疟病人顿服氯喹(基质)600mg+伯喹(基质)22.5mg、2例勐腊的恶性疟病人顿服乙胺嘧啶70mg+周效磺胺1000mg+伯喹(基质)22.5mg 后,药物在蚊体内抑制疟原虫孢子增殖的效果。结果显示:服药后8h 内两种疟原虫在吸血蚊体内仍能进行孢子增殖;间日疟原虫配子体在24~96h 内转阴,服药后12h~10d 内中华按蚊未受感染;恶性疟原虫配子体在10d 内未转阴,服药后12h~9d 内大劣按蚊未受感染,其中1例于 d10复燃并使大劣按蚊重获感染。结果提示上述服药方法用于防止传染源境外输入时,对入境留宿的边民最好在蚊媒活动8h 以前给药。

The results showed that two kinds of malaria parasites could still multiply within the blood-sucking mosquitoes within 8h after taking the drug. The gametophyte of P. vivax was negative within 24-96h, and the Anopheles sinensis was not infected within 12h-10d after taking the drug. Plasmodium falciparum The gametophyte did not turn negative within 10 days. Anopheles dirus was unaffected within 12 hours to 9 days after taking the drug. One case was rekindled at d10 and the infection was again recovered. The results suggest that when the above medication method is used to prevent the input of the source of infection from entering the country, the dwellers staying in the country should preferably be administered 8 hours before mosquito activity.
