刑事诉讼法学教学在法学本科教育中具有重要的地位,其对于加深学生对于法律精神即限制国家公权与维护公民私权的理解,以及培养学生的综合法律素质意义重大。刑事诉讼法学教学应以培养学生的法律素质为根本目标。在此目标下,可以采用讲授教学法、案例教学法、讨论教学法和实践教学法等多种教学方法。
The teaching of criminal procedure law plays an important role in undergraduate education of law. It plays an important role in deepening students ’understanding of the spirit of law, that is, restricting state power and safeguarding the private right of citizens, as well as cultivating students’ comprehensive legal qualifications. The teaching of criminal procedure law should base on cultivating students’ legal quality. Under this goal, a variety of teaching methods such as teaching method of teaching, case teaching method, discussion teaching method and practice teaching method can be adopted.
