本文在总结我国能源结构和能源经济效率状况和特点基础上,采用最新研究数据,对我国能源结构和经济效率进行了国际比较和分析。结论认为:我国能源结构和经济效率与发达国家和世界先进水平存在较大差距,处于工业化中后期发展水平,节能降耗存在很大潜力和发展空间。同时,从制定结构优化调整和技术创新规划、积极调整提升产业结构、调整优化能源生产和消费结构、加快能源利用技术创新、加强法规政策支持、加快节能减排工作制度创新等方面提出相关对策。
On the basis of summarizing the status and characteristics of China’s energy structure and energy efficiency, this paper uses the latest research data to make an international comparison and analysis of China’s energy structure and economic efficiency. The conclusion is that China’s energy structure and economic efficiency have a big gap with developed countries and the advanced world level, and are at the mid-late stage of industrialization. There is great potential and room for development in energy conservation and consumption reduction. At the same time, some countermeasures are put forward, such as formulating structural optimization and technological innovation planning, actively adjusting and upgrading industrial structure, adjusting and optimizing energy production and consumption structure, accelerating technological innovation of energy utilization, strengthening laws and regulations and policy support, and accelerating innovation of energy conservation and emission reduction work system.
