位于南京市浦口区的珍珠泉是一口温泉,泉水从岩石缝涌出汇集成水库。但周围却孳生着钉螺。我们于1983年冬乘干库取鱼蚌时进行突击性灭螺。药浸灭螺实验如下:一、室内实验:用泉水配制成不同浓度的五氯酚钠溶液,取现场钉螺作浸杀,温度控制在温泉的最低水温(18℃),观察药浸后钉螺死亡率。结果:浸杀24小时,浓度为15～30ppm 的各组钉螺死亡率为77～
Located in Pukou District, Nanjing Pearl Spring is a hot spring, springs from the rock sew pool together into a reservoir. But around it is breeding snails. In the winter of 1983, we took razor-sharp snails when we took the dried mussels and took them. Tests on snail snail were as follows: 1. Laboratory experiment: sodium pentachlorophenate solution was prepared with different concentrations of spring water and immersed in snail for temperature control at the lowest temperature of hot spring (18 ℃) rate. Results: The mortality of Oncomelania from each group was 77% after being soaked for 24 hours at concentrations of 15 ~ 30ppm
