编辑同志：最近，笔者因工作关系参与了农电体制改革，在聘用农村电工过程中审查有关人员资质时发现，有些地方少数农村电工由于种种原因，私下交易，或请人代岗，或子承父业，或亲朋“帮忙”，自己则另谋事做，不受职业约束，这种状况实在令人担忧。农村电工是一个责任重大的?
