企业设备和工艺装备的技术性能是否先进,维护费用是否经济将直接影响到产品的质量和成本。在生产过程中设备的经济价值逐渐转移到产品中去,它却产生了有形和无形磨损,因而随着生产时间的延长,设备功能不断降低,一是技术性能下降(生产精度和质量降低),二是维持费用(如:维修费,燃料,动力等费用)增加。为了恢复设备的功能,企业通常要花一定的费用对设备进行大修,改造或更新,因此运用价值工程进行分析与决策是我们设备管理与维修的发展方向。下面以某石油化工厂热幅射炉技术改造的决策为例进行分析。
The technical performance of enterprise equipment and process equipment is advanced, and whether maintenance costs are economic will directly affect the quality and cost of the product. In the production process, the economic value of the equipment is gradually transferred to the product. However, it has tangible and intangible wear. Therefore, with the extension of production time, the function of the equipment is continuously declining. First, the technical performance is declining (production accuracy and quality are reduced). The second is the increase in maintenance costs (eg, maintenance fees, fuel, power, etc.). In order to restore the functions of the equipment, the enterprise usually spends a certain cost on overhauling, renovating or updating the equipment. Therefore, the use of value engineering for analysis and decision-making is the development direction of our equipment management and maintenance. The following is an example of the decision-making of the technical transformation of the thermal radiation furnace in a petrochemical plant.
