应用大型商业有限元计算软件ANSYS,计算得到了板弹簧导向结晶器振动系统刚度系数在不同的变形条件下并非常数这一结论,从而引出板弹簧导向结晶器振动系统的非线性特征。进而通过对系统的模态分析以及瞬态分析计算,得到了系统在低阶激励频率下得到了高阶频率共振响应的结果,并通过将计算得到的水平位移-垂直位移图谱与测试得到的结果的比较,进一步验证了模型的合理性。介绍了由此设计的新型板坯连铸液压振动装置在莱芜钢厂的应用情况。
Using the commercial finite element software ANSYS, the conclusion is drawn that the stiffness coefficient of the vibration system of the leaf spring guided mold is not constant under different deformation conditions, and leads to the nonlinear characteristics of the vibration system of the leaf spring guided mold. Furthermore, through the modal analysis and transient analysis of the system, the high-order frequency resonance response of the system at low-order excitation frequency is obtained. By comparing the calculated horizontal displacement-vertical displacement spectrum with the test results The comparison further verifies the rationality of the model. The application of the new slab continuous casting hydraulic vibration device designed in this project at Laiwu Steel Works is introduced.
