优质的人才资源是企业发展最重要的力量,而人才的频繁流动无疑会对企业发展造成巨大的损失,因此,企业迫切需要制定相关政策尽可能地留住人才。以使企业未来的发展更具竞争力,更有实力留住可为企业带来丰厚收益的优秀人才,并为其提供相对充实的发展空间,使其在助力企业的同时优化自身。基于此点考虑,通过对当前企业人才流失代价及其主要原因的分析,从中归纳总结出一定的留人策略和用人之道,为实现企业发展、人才提升的共赢局面提供一定的参考。
High-quality human resources are the most important forces for the development of an enterprise. Frequent human resources flow will undoubtedly cause huge losses to the enterprise development. Therefore, enterprises urgently need to formulate relevant policies to retain their talents as much as possible. So that the future development of enterprises more competitive, more powerful retain their talents can bring huge benefits to the company, and provide them with ample room for development to help them optimize their business at the same time. Based on this point, through the analysis of the current enterprise's brain drain cost and its main reasons, this paper summarizes some strategies of retention and employment, and provides some reference for realizing the win-win situation of enterprise development and talent promotion.
