黑色水果是近几年新兴的一类水果,其营养价值远高于同类品种。黑色水果因富含维生素、硒、铁、钙、锌等物质,因而具有防癌、抗癌、抗氧化、抗衰老等功效,目前已成为国内水果市场上的新宠儿。据哈尔滨医科大学营养学博士车会莲介绍,黑色水果之所以呈现出黑色外表,是因为它含有丰富的色素类物质。黑色水果中钾、镁、钙等矿物质的含量高于普通水果,这些离子大多以有机酸盐的形式存在于水果当中,对维持人体的离子平衡有至关重要的作用。
