1月19日,HWJ-Ⅰ型罐焊缝检测仪通过了轻工业部组织的知名专家的函审评议鉴定。专家们认为,该仪器将红外无损检测技术引入罐身电阻焊焊缝质量在线检测,充分发挥了红外检测快速、实时、非接触、无损、灵敏的优点,属国内首创,其各项性能指标达到80年代国际同类产品水平,而比引进产品成本低得多,更适合我国国情.可以批量投产,推广应用。马口铁罐身电焊缝质量的在线检测,不仅是国内罐身制造领域,而且是国内整个电阻焊领域中一个长期未能解决的问题。轻工部机械局委托我校光学系红外教研室承担了《罐筒焊缝红外自动检测装置》的科研任务。该室红外无损检测科研组,首先进行了焊缝温度场分布的研究,并采用激光注入热量模拟焊接过程,弄清了各种焊接缺陷的热辐射特性。在此理论研究的基础上,设计研制了HWJ
