在实际工程应用中,施工条件对掺ZY膨胀剂混凝土的耐久性具有显著影响,其中抗碳化性能是重要课题之一。本文主要研究加速碳化条件下,脱模时间对掺膨胀剂水泥石抗碳化性能的影响,通过测试力学性能、碳化深度及计算碳化系数发现:掺8%ZY膨胀剂降低了水泥石力学性能,且增加了水泥石碳化深度,但延长水泥石脱模时间可有效提高掺ZY膨胀剂水泥石的抗压强度及显著降低水泥石的碳化深度。
In practical engineering applications, the construction conditions have a significant effect on the durability of concrete admixture with ZY expansive agent, of which carbonation resistance is one of the important topics. In this paper, we studied the effect of accelerating carbonization on the anti-carbonation properties of cement admixture with expansive agent. The mechanical properties, carbonation depth and carbonation coefficient were tested. The results showed that 8% ZY expansive agent reduced the mechanical properties of cement stone, Increase the carbonation depth of cement stone, but prolonging the mold release time can effectively improve the compressive strength of cement admixture with ZY expansive agent and significantly reduce the carbonization depth of cement stone.
