本文介绍了在1150初轧机上进行的一次大头朝前新工艺试验结果.这次进行了九百多块沸腾钢锭的大、小头朝前轧制两种工艺的生产性试验,其结果用数理统计方法作了比较检验,说明大头朝前轧制新工艺提高初轧成坯率0.8%左右。试验中用超声波探伤仪对取样的轧件切头、切尾中的鱼尾压合深度进行了测量。并且对大、小头朝前轧制两种工艺的小时产量作了比较。最后就今后推广这种新工艺提出了一些建议。
This article presents the results of a large-scale forward-looking new process carried out on the first rolling mill in 1150. This time, production tests of two large and small-head forward rolling processes of more than 900 boiling ingots were carried out, Statistical methods were tested, indicating that the big head forward rolling new technology to improve the initial bloom billet rate of about 0.8%. In the experiment, the depth of the fish tail in the cut head and tail of the sampled rolling stock was measured by ultrasonic flaw detector. The hourly production of the two processes of large and small heads rolling forward was compared. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote this new craft in the future.
