为尽快解决国家标准时效性差和总体水平偏低等问题,建立与国民经济和社会发展相适应的标准体系,更好地为社会提供服务,国家质量监督检验检疫总局和国家标准化管理委员会对截止目前的21575项国家标准进行了清理。通过清理,继续有效的国家标准有44.2%,急需修订的有44.2%,废止的有11.6%。通过此次清理,国家标准总体数量将减少23%。请有关方面停止使用已废止的国家标准。本刊经过整理,现将有关废止和转为行标的化工国家标准目录刊发如下。
In order to solve the problems of poor timeliness and low overall level of national standards as soon as possible and establish a standard system that is compatible with the national economy and social development so as to better serve the community, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Standardization Administration Of 21,575 national standards were cleared.
