柴达木春小麦与国内外小麦品种比较,表现为品质弱,质量差。以小麦市场品质要求和用途导向,对柴达木春小麦品种的品质改良问题进行研讨,对于尽快确定海西地区春小麦品种改良目标具有十分重要的意义。本文试图在此方面进行一些探讨。 一、小麦品质技术指标与改良目标
