在常德市戏剧界有位赫赫有名的领军人物,人称老 xia(“虾”)。xia 是常德方言,其褒义是指工作特别积极,喜欢揽起一些事来做;贬义则是好表现,爱出风头之意。人们称此君为老 xia,自然是取其前者,是一种美好的赞颂。老 xia 何许人也?姓诸名扬荣,年已七十有四,系常德市文化局离休干部,曾兼任市文联副主席,现任市老科协文艺分会会长。在职时他就是一个“工作狂”。在部队曾荣获“社会主义建设积极分子”称号,转业到常德文化部门后,工作也搞得有声有色。他负责常德的戏剧创作工作时,该市曾被文化部定为全国三大戏剧
