以10~(5.17)ELD_(50)的低致病性禽流感病毒(mildlypathogenic avian influenza virus,MPAIV)气管内注射10日龄SPF鸡,24h后,重复感染一次;48h后,气管内注射禽病原性大肠杆菌353(018)、120(018)、037(078)、166(078)、058(02)、536(088)、132(011)和173(026)株,3*10~7CFU/羽,连续观察5d.结果:MPAIV单独感染组死亡率为13.33%;各大肠杆菌单独感染组的死亡率分别为353:100.00%、120:60.00%、037:80.00%、166:86.67%、058:100.00%、536:93.33%、132:86.67%和173:20.O0%;MPAIV与上述各分离株的联合感染组的死亡率分别为100.00%、93.33%、86.67%、93.33%、100.00%、100.00%和100.00%.“,”By twice inoculating 10-day-old specific pathogen free(SPF) chickens intratracheally with 105.17 ELD50 mildly pathogenic avian influenza virus at an interval of 24 hours,two days after the second inoculation,3X107 c. f. u. of pathogenic Escherichia coli strain 353(018),120(018),037(078), 166(078),058(02), 536 (088),132(011) and 173(026) was inoculated by the same way respectively. The results suggested that the MPAIV alone infected group experienced the mortality rate of 13. 33%. Mortality rates of groups given the pathogenic E. coli isolates alone as follows:strain 353 exhibited motality rate of 100. 00%,strain 120, 037,166, 058, 536,132 and 173 exhibited 60. 00% , 80. 00% , 86. 67% , 100. 00% , 93. 33% , 86. 67% and 20. 00% respectively;MPAIV was implicated in all the mortality rates that occurred in the groups of chickens given the Escherichia coli strains 353, 120, 037, 166, 058, 536, 132 and 173, which mortality rate was 100. 00%,93. 33%,86. 67%,93. 33%,93. 33%,100. 00%,100. 00% and 100.00% respectively.
