没有哪一个企业的CEO对销售不感兴趣,实际上也不能不感兴趣。销售是业绩的根本,而业绩增长是企业生存和发展的灵魂。销售如此重要,各路高手对它的研究一刻也没有停止过。各种典籍和学说可谓是汗牛充栋,玄而又玄。在我多年的销售实践中(10岁卖地瓜,20岁卖书刊,26岁卖电缆,30岁卖家私),我总结出的却是非常简单而清晰的道理。
