中欧森林执法和行政管理国际会议9月19￣20日在北京召开。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理回良玉在开幕式上发表书面致辞。他强调,要全面落实科学发展观,统筹人与自然和谐发展,继续推进生态工程建设,不断强化森林执法和行政管理,深入开展国际交流与合作,坚决打击非法采伐和贸易,促进我国林业又好又快发展,并为推动全球森林可持续经营作出新的贡献。
The Central European Conference on Enforcement and Administration of Forests was held in Beijing from September 19 to 20.
