汤原县成人中专承担着全县农民、各系统职工、干部及社会待业青年的中、初级技术人才的培训任务。根据本县社会各类技术人才需求的予测及学校条件,确定学校发展规划。一、办学规模学历教育,由现在的年在校生400人发展到600人;非学历教育,由现在的年在校生200人,发展到400人。专职教师数量按1:14配齐,由现在的28人增加到44人,教职工总数由现在的36人(已定编)增加到80人。采取脱产、半脱产、函授、短期岗位培训等形式,设置分校或联合办学,根据社会需求设置专业,继续增强学校的功能,提高社会效益。
