用热分析法并结合X射线衍射分析,研究了间位苯环结构含量为10%、15%、20%和30%的间、对-苯撑硫醚共聚物的热性能。发现间位苯环结构的引入,改变了聚苯硫醚主链结构的规整性,使聚合物的结晶性降低,熔融温度下降,可溶解性增加,而聚合物的热稳定性却保持不变。这样的结构改性降低了聚合物的加工温度,拓宽了使用范围,同时对聚苯硫醚的合成、结构与性能研究有重要意义。
Thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to study the thermal properties of m, p-phenylene sulfide thioether copolymer with 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% meta-benzene ring structures. It was found that the introduction of the meta-benzene ring structure changed the regularity of the main structure of the polyphenylene sulfide, decreased the crystallinity of the polymer, decreased the melting temperature and increased the solubility, while the thermal stability of the polymer remained unchanged . Such structural modification reduces the processing temperature of the polymer and broadens the range of applications. Meanwhile, it is of great significance to study the synthesis, structure and performance of the polyphenylene sulfide.
