共观察22例蕈样肉芽肿患者,女12,男10,年龄15～85岁。大多数属于Ⅱ～Ⅳ期的患者,曾用氮芥治疗1月～3年未见显著的过敏反应。采用自然花瓣形成及补体受体花瓣形成试验分别测定外周血液中T及B细胞百分比。所有患者均作IgE测定。除2例外血液白细胞数及分类计数均正常。测定结果T细胞平均百分数比对照组(14～64岁健康者14名)明显降低(P<0.001),B细胞比数正常。IgE于
A total of 22 patients with mycosis fungoides were observed, 12 females, 10 males and 15 to 85 years old. Most patients with stage II-IV have had no significant allergic reaction with nitrogen mustard for 1 to 3 years. The percentage of T and B cells in peripheral blood was determined by the formation of natural petals and the formation of complement receptor petal. All patients were measured for IgE. Except for 2 cases, the numbers of blood leukocytes and the count of the count were all normal. The average percentage of T cells in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (14 healthy subjects 14 to 64 years old) (P <0.001). The ratio of B cells was normal. IgE in
