自1957年美国西屋公司发明蒸发冷却感应电气设备以来已有二十多年历史了。但是,由于该设备冷却效率不高,所使用的昂贵的冷却液体数量较多,因而推广应用受到了限制。最近,美国对蒸发冷却技术,做了比较重大的改进,研制成功了一批冷却效率较高,损耗较小的产品。可以预见,蒸发冷却电气设备,将来必然要部分取代油浸冷却产品,获得越来越广泛的应用。现根据美国专利资料,对改进后的蒸发冷却技术作一介绍。该技术可用于冷却感应电气设备。下面主要介绍该技术在变压器上的应用。
