1现状1.1一般情况麦盖提县位于塔里木盆地西部,叶尔羌河中下游和提孜那甫下游。总面积11 023km2。总人口21万人。距乌鲁木齐市公路里程1 410km。属温带大陆性干燥气候,昼夜温差大,地广人稀,经济条件落后。冬季寒冷,夏季炎热,春季多风沙,秋季秋高气爽。核定的编制为55人,现有编制46人,其中长期外借5人,实际工作41人,其中男性14人,女性27人,卫生技术人员37人,占90.24%。
