我院1989年1月至1991年12月,用消痔灵注射液局部注射治疗各期内痔130例。此方法简单、痛苦小、治愈率高、无复发及出血,均获满意的效果。 1 临床资料 男90例,女40例,年龄18～75岁,Ⅲ期内痔60例,Ⅱ期70例。活动性大出血40例。 2 药物及注射方法 消痔灵注射液为北京第四制药厂生产。病人侧卧位,在肛门3,6,9,12点处注射1％普鲁卡因或1％利多卡因2～4ml,待麻醉满意、肛门
