实施素质教育,对原有的教育观念、思维模式、教学方法都提出了新的挑战。作为一名教师,应努力学习理论知识,更新观念,在工作实践中积极探索,创造良好的氛围,为全面实施素质教育而不懈地努力。然而批改作业作为教师检测学生学习情况的重要环节,却没有多大变革:比如,作业批改不及时而且未做到全批全改、未合理安排学生订正作业的时间形成“恶性循环”等等。但又由于我们农村中学的教师教学负担过重,很难把教师从日益繁重的作业劳动中解脱出来,把更多的精力投入到教学研究中去。下面本人就这一问题再结合自己的教学经验肤浅地来谈谈自己的看法。
The implementation of quality education, the original concept of education, thinking mode, teaching methods have put forward new challenges. As a teacher, we should make every effort to learn the theoretical knowledge, update our concepts, explore actively in the work practice, create a good atmosphere and make every effort to implement the quality education. However, the revision of homework as an important part of the teacher’s detection of student learning, but not much change: for example, homework is not revised in time and not all batch of reform, unreasonable arrangements for students to correct the operation time “vicious circle” and so on . However, because of the overburdening of teaching teachers in our rural middle schools, it is difficult to free teachers from the increasing workload and devote more energy to teaching and research. Below I personally talk about my own views on this issue in light of my own teaching experience.
