目的:探讨51 例无症状性脑梗塞的头 M R I改变及血管危险因素。方法:全部病人均进行头 M R I扫描,记载有关病史,并进行详细的神经系统检查。 M R I改变 T1 加权低信号, T2 加权高信号,病灶直径在5m m 以上者诊断为无症状性脑梗塞。结果: M R I检出率 902% 。 M R I梗塞灶主要位于半卵圆中心(6142% ),侧脑室周围(2165% ),基底节区(87% )。有高血压病史者检出的梗塞灶最多(7736% ),其次为糖尿病(3012% ),心脏疾病(2578% )。并且随着年龄增加, M R I检出率增高。结论:无症状性脑梗塞的危险因素与脑血管病基本相同,早期发现积极治疗无症状性脑梗塞对脑血管病的发生具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of head M R I and vascular risk factors in 51 patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction. METHODS: All patients underwent head MRI scanning, documenting their medical history, and conducting detailed neurological examinations. M R I to change the T1 weighted low signal, T2 weighted high signal, the lesion diameter of 5m m or more were diagnosed as silent cerebral infarction. Results: The detection rate of M R I was 902%. M R I infarction focus mainly in the center of the oval (61.42%), lateral ventricle (21.65%), basal ganglia (8.7%). The patients with history of hypertension had the most infarction (7736%), followed by diabetes (3012%) and heart disease (2578%). And with increasing age, M R I detection rate increased. Conclusion: The risk factors of asymptomatic cerebral infarction are basically the same as those of cerebrovascular disease. Early detection of active treatment of asymptomatic cerebral infarction is very important for the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease.
