目前我国住宅建设正面临持续大发展局面,住宅产业己是带动整个国民经济发展的支柱产业和新增长点。现代城区改造与规划加快了我国住宅小区建设项目的推进,住宅施工项目的增加加剧了建筑施工行业的竞争,施工企业正在努力寻求提升综合市场竞争力的方法。以质量求生存、创新之道是目前行业工作者应该研究的主要问题。
At present, China’s housing construction is facing a sustained development, housing industry has been to promote the development of the national economy as a pillar industry and a new growth point. Modern urban renewal and planning accelerate the construction of residential quarters in China. The increase of residential construction projects aggravates the competition in the construction industry. The construction enterprises are trying their best to find ways to enhance the competitiveness of integrated markets. The quality of survival, innovation is the current industry workers should study the main issues.
