研究了用乙醇回流的方法提取银杏黄酮，不同提取时间与所测得的黄酮含量之间的关系。结果表明：当提取时间达到8h时，所测值可以作为黄酮含量测定的标准值。
The extraction of ginkgo flavonoids by ethanol reflux was studied. The relationship between the extraction time and the measured flavone content was studied. The results showed that when the extraction time reaches 8h, the measured value can be used as the standard value for determination of flavonoids.
