前列腺癌生物学行为复杂，内分泌治疗后雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌的发生是导致肿瘤恶化的主要原因。本文对雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌的发病机理及其治疗进展作一综述。

Prostate cancer biological behavior is complex, endocrine therapy androgen independent prostate cancer is the leading cause of tumor deterioration. This review summarizes the pathogenesis and treatment of androgen independent prostate cancer.
