由于铬(Ⅵ)对人体健康有着明显影响,而引起对其测定的重视Крейнгольу。等人提出利用铬(Ⅵ)对过氧化氢-邻氨基苯酚反应的催化作用测定铬(Ⅵ)。但该实验所用试剂在实验条件下极易分解,且在测试过程中反应仍在进行,这些均不利于操作。本文研究了有机溶剂对上述反应体系的影响,发现该类溶剂对反应有抑制作用。这样可使该反应的可测下限降低,工作曲线线性范围增大(0.17~17ngCr(Ⅵ)/ml),用于测定水中超痕量铬(Ⅵ),结果尚好。
Due to the significant influence of chromium (Ⅵ) on human health, the emphasis on its determination Крейнгольу. Et al proposed the use of chromium (Ⅵ) for the reaction of hydrogen peroxide - o-aminophenol catalytic determination of chromium (Ⅵ). However, the reagents used in this experiment can be easily decomposed under the experimental conditions and the reaction is still underway during the test, which is unfavorable to the operation. In this paper, the effect of organic solvents on the above reaction system was studied and found that such solvents have an inhibitory effect on the reaction. In this way, the measurable lower limit of the reaction is reduced, and the linear range of the working curve is increased (0.17 ~ 17ngCr (Ⅵ) / ml) for the determination of ultra-trace chromium (Ⅵ) in water. The result is still good.
