目前,医用诊断X线机已基本普及,上至中央、省级医院,下至团卫生队、乡镇医院,都已按装了医用诊断X线机。据我们初步调查,基层医院及医疗单位在放射防护上存在着一定的问题。本文将根据调查中所发现的问题进行分析并提出解决的办法,供同道们参考。一、从事放射专业工作者素质低,基础差:大部分放射工作者学历低,多为中专生,本科生及大专生甚微。尤其是基层医疗单位,多数人没有经过系统的放射诊断、技术及防护的正规培训。更甚之有些基层单位,由于放射工作者人员缺乏,调用其他专业的工作人员从事放射工作,边工作边学
At present, the medical diagnostic X-ray machine has been basically popularized, up to the central, provincial hospitals, health teams to the regiment, township hospitals, have been equipped with medical diagnostic X-ray machine. According to our preliminary investigation, there are certain problems in the radiological protection of grass-root hospitals and medical units. This article will analyze the problems found in the survey and propose solutions for fellow democrats. First, professional workers engaged in radiation low quality, poor foundation: most of the radiologists have low qualifications, mostly secondary school students, undergraduates and college students is minimal.
