当前人才成为各行业提升竞争力的关键所在,这也使人才服务站的重要作用日益显现出来。人才服务站不仅服务于各个行业的人才,同时根据各行业对人才的实际需求为各行业提供人才服务。因此人才服务站需要重视档案的社会化管理,使企业能够通过档案更深入的了解人才的情况,更好的满足企业人力资源需求,从而全面发挥出人才服务站的服务职能。文中分析了人才服务站档案管理工作中存在的问题,并进一步对人才服务站档案社会化管理的措施进行了具体阐述。
The current talent has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of various industries, which also makes the important role of personnel service stations are increasingly apparent. Talent service stations not only serve the talents in various industries, but also provide talents services to all industries according to the actual demand of talents in various industries. Therefore, personnel service stations need to attach importance to the social management of archives so that enterprises can better understand the situation of qualified personnel through archives and better meet the needs of human resources of enterprises so as to give full play to the service functions of personnel service stations. The paper analyzes the existing problems in the personnel service station file management and further elaborates on the measures for the socialized management of personnel service station files.
